Dear Sky Breeze Representative,
I am an avid biker and a longtime user of Sky Breeze cycling helmets. Two weeks ago, I noticed that my old Sky Breeze helmet (1)............... to show signs of wear. In the interest of safety, I immediately went to your purchased a new helmet.
The day after I received the new helmet in the mail, I saw a tiny crack on the helmet's exterior. I am sure that this damage occurred prior to purchase (2)................ I have not dropped, thrown, or hit the helmet in any way.
According to your warranty policy, Sky Breeze will replace a defective helmet free of charge.
I have enclosed the cracked helmet and the payment receipt. Please send the (3)............... to the address written on the back of the receipt.
